2. Shipping Options

These timeframes are estimates from the time the order is confirmed and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you, including tracking information when available.

4. Customs Fees and Local Taxes

For shipments outside the European Union, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may be applied by the destination country's authorities. These fees are the Customer's sole responsibility and are not the responsibility of Maison Magma Limited.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact us at contact@steam-gamer.com with your order number so we can check the shipping status and, if necessary, initiate an inquiry with the carrier.

6. Address Errors

It is the Customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order. If an address error is reported by the Customer, we will do our best to correct the shipment if it has not yet been processed, with no guarantee of success once the package has shipped.
