Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Maison Magma Limited (hereinafter “the Seller”), a company incorporated in Hong Kong under number 80011419, and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter “the Customer”) wishing to make a purchase through this site. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 2 — Products
This site offers computer hardware and video game equipment (consoles, accessories) for sale as an independent reseller. Product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the product delivered, particularly regarding colors and finishes.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are listed in euros. Any amount displayed in a currency other than the euro (USD, GBP, etc.) is indicative and converted for estimation purposes only; the amount actually charged depends on the rate applied by the payment provider at the time of the transaction. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with products billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 4 — Orders
The Customer selects the desired products, adds them to their cart, and proceeds to payment. The order is only final once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer at the address provided when placing the order.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online at the time of order via Airwallex, a payment services provider. The Seller does not retain any of the Customer's banking data; this information is processed directly and securely by the payment provider.
Article 6 — Shipping
Shipping methods and timeframes are detailed in our Shipping Policy. The Seller ships worldwide.
Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable French consumer law, consumers residing in France have a period of 14 clear days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify their reasons or pay any penalty, except for return shipping costs. Article 8 — Warranties
All products sold are covered by the applicable legal warranty of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by the law applicable to the Customer.
Article 9 — Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of stock shortage or product unavailability, force majeure, or full or partial disruption or strike affecting postal services and means of transport, in particular.

Article 11 — Governing Law and Disputes
